Information for dealers

The website www.degroenehand.com is accessible to everyone for informational purposes, and customers referred by a dealer can place orders here. 

As a dealer, you order via our ordering platform www.kooijmans.com. If you do not have access to this platform, we ask you to request a login code via https://www.kooijmansschijndel.nl/contactus.

Below are the steps you go through to refer a customer so they can order independently at www.degroenehand.com:

1. You send us an email with the name, address, city, and email details of this customer, and what % discount compared to the recommended retail price you would like to give this customer (0/5/10/15%). Customized discounts are possible in consultation.
2. We then send an invitation by email to this customer to set a password.
3. If this customer places an order with De Groene Hand, they can choose to pick up from you as the dealer, or direct delivery for a fee of 20 euros. The minimum order amount is 500 euros net excl. VAT.
4. After the order is placed, both you and the customer will receive an order confirmation.
5. After shipment, both you and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation.
6. You will receive an invoice from us under your terms; the customer must be invoiced directly by you.
7. Any backorders will be avoided by us as much as possible and otherwise delivered later at no extra charge.

The customers you refer must be aware of this procedure and must agree to it.
