Information for dealers

The website www.degroenehand.com is accessible to everyone for informational purposes, and customers referred by a dealer can place orders here. 

As a dealer, you order through our ordering platform www.kooijmans.com. If you do not have access to this platform, we ask that you request a login code via https://www.kooijmansschijndel.nl/contactus.

Below are the steps you go through to refer a customer so they can order independently from www.degroenehand.com:

1. You send us an email with this customer's address, telephone, and email details, and the % discount relative to the recommended retail price that you want to give this customer (for example 0/5/10/15%). Custom discounts are possible in consultation.
2. We then send this customer an invitation by email to set a password.
3. If this customer orders from De Groene Hand, they can choose to pick up from you as the dealer, or direct delivery for a fee of 20 euros. The minimum order amount is 500 euros net, excluding VAT.
4. After ordering, both you and the customer will receive an order confirmation.
5. After shipment, both you and the customer will receive a shipping confirmation.
6. You will receive an invoice from us under your terms; the customer must be invoiced directly by you.
7. Any backorders are prevented by us as much as possible and otherwise delivered later at no extra charge.

The customers you refer must be aware of this procedure and must agree to it.
